Training to Build Competence as a Change Leader


The “Leading the Change” training is designed to provide participants with insights, knowledge, and practical skills to successfully lead themselves and others in driving organizational change.


This program aims to develop change leaders who can respond to change with a positive and strategic attitude, and who are capable of effectively navigating the organization through periods of transition.

Who Should Join?

Supervisors, Managers, General Managers, and Directors within organizations or companies who are specifically prepared to become Change Leaders, enabling them to successfully drive organizational change.

This program can also be adapted into “Becoming a Change Agent” to prepare staff and operational employees to embrace change positively and become agents of change at the operational level.
